Ulysse has its quality department whose mission is:
- Enrolment and monitoring of suppliers.
- Verification of compliance with hygiene and work procedures at manufacturing sites.
- Planning and monitoring of controls on receipt of goods.
- Verifying the conformity of our products with customer requirements.
- Permanent regulatory watch on the various topics relating to quality and Food Safety.
We are vigorous in our support of our suppliers in their quality control, and we perform regular audits of manufacturing sites. This allows us to track their evolution and evaluate their operating principles.
We listen to our customers and reply with great care and reactivity to any quality matter.
