This Polynesian armament comprises two freezer longliners: Ulysse One was launched on October 16th 2019, and Ulysse Two end of 2020.
Thanks to the fishmonger workshop on board, we can offer high-quality fish loins. Vacuum-packed on board, they are individually labeled, frozen, and stored in a dry dock. Yellowfin tuna and albacore tuna from these vessels are certified MSC.
